Hello , I am Nicole Deicco (or Nic)
I am a children's illustrator and printmaker artist based in the North West. I like hand drawing and use different types of printing techniques in my work. My style of drawing characters is interesting because it is the way I used to draw characters when I was a child. Bringing my kid's drawings back to life truly feels rewarding. I am passionate about getting my hands dirty by trying different techniques and pushing myself to the limit.
Alongside illustration, I also have a passion for photography. My style of photography is vintage, like the 1970s to 1980s. I take pictures of local bands in Liverpool and capture the movement of musicians performing. I like to use cyanotype in my photography to give it more of a vintage look.
